STORAGE SHED SCHEDULE OF NOTICES

Effective: May 1, 2022

 

·       1^st of each month, all RENT DUE

 

·       10^th LATE FEE = $20.00 (Shed overlocked & Gate Access Locked) a reminder letter will be mailed.

 

·       45 DAYS LATE = PRE-LIEN NOTICE

 

·       60 DAYS LATE = LIEN SALE NOTICE + $50.00 LIEN FEE

 

·       AFTER 90 DAYS ALL CONTENTS WILL BE REMOVED

 

·       Customers who are late 3 consecutive months will have their agreement terminated and have to remove all contents of the shed(s).

 

·       WE OFFER AUTO PAY by credit or debit card for your convenience,
